Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Items must be in original condition with tags (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at salesupport@kindofclassic.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at salesupport@kindofclassic.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
